The Valley Fiber Arts guild, based in Palmer, Alaska, has been very supportive of our cashmere goat farm. Today, 11/7/2009, they overwhelmed me with that support. Thanks to them at their annual "Out of the Box" Christmas bazaar of locally hand made items, to which they invited me to bring my raw fleece(!), I have had my first sales of cashmere fleece, another goat sponsored, and lots more people introduced to the idea of locally grown cashmere! I am very grateful to them, and encouraged about our prospects! Thank you, Valley Fiber Arts!
